30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind every Aurève product. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at aureveteam@gmail.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. You don't need to return the product.

Returns
If you'd prefer to return your item instead, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at aureveteam@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at aureveteam@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
