Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at aureveteam@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at aureveteam@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplement and wellness products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items and gift cards

For health and safety reasons, any supplement or wellness product that has been opened or used cannot be returned regardless of circumstances.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once accepted, place a new order separately.


European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
