Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times We currently ship to the United States. Please note we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority): 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with USPS.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at aureveteam@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Aurève is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at aureveteam@gmail.combefore your order is dispatched.
