We currently ship only within the continental United States and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurève and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Services or products
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights

SECTION 21 - ARBITRATION AGREEMENT; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; JURY TRIAL WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Aurève agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, any products purchased through the Services, advertising, communications, or any interaction with Aurève shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You agree that you may bring claims against Aurève only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.
You and Aurève waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Services, or any products purchased through the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provision above, any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
SECTION 23 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurève regarding use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
SECTION 24 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
